Clip Organizer....wont search.

Is there any system service or applation required to be
runnning to have this applation to function proporly?

I'm very picky on what runs on my system. I don't like to
have anything running that I'm not currently useing, less
waste of system resources.

Do you get an error?
If your cache is full the Organizer will not function properly, in IE, tools,
Internet Options, delete files.
