Clipart gallery crashes when trying to open from main applications

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

When I want to open the clipart gallery to add a picture to my documents, the clipart gallery crashes and is not open. I do not know why it happens. But if I erase the food and dinning, animals, people, special ocassions, household and some other more category I cannot remember the gallery opens with old office 2004 pictures. Why?
Please help me.
