Clipart Gallery for page backgrounds

I was using FP2000 and found it very convenient to click on page background, browse, clip art. I am now in FP2003 and when I choose page backgound, browse the box that appears does not have a clip art option. It only allows me to go to files on my computer. I am at my wits ends! Does the new FP not have the clip art gallery for page backgrounds? If not, how do I add a background picture to my pages?

I can't remember that feature in 2000...must be losing
somethin in my old age, anyway:

Browse the clip art, insert it onto a page, size it, save
to web then:
Right click the page, choose page properties, format,
browse
or
Format - Background - browse

Do a custom reinstall of FP and make sure the Clip Art gallery is selected
