clipart hangs

Using word or publisher, clicking >insert>picture >clip art causes the
programme to freeze needing task manager to shut it down.
Firewall and spyware software has been uninstalled with no effect.
n office 2003 professional repair, uninstall and re-install has been carried
out also.
Any suggestions?

Slide the acceleration down on your adapter, control panel, display folder, settings
tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab.
If this solves your issue go to the manufacturer's web site of your graphics card and
look around for an updated driver.

Thank you for your response.
I downloaded and installed the latest video adapter (Sis 760 Version
13.01.2006)
I still cannot access clipart online. The problem persists.
Incidentally, I can use Office online to search for enquiries such as
'fonts', so there is not a problem with my internet connection.
All I can see when I search for clipart are thumbnails with a tiny red,green
and blue square in the middle.
It used to work fine and I use clipart online often and really need a
resolution for this issue. Any other ideas please?

Try deleting the files in your "Temporary Internet Files" folder, here is
the path:
C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files
