Clipart not working

I choose, Insert, Picture, Clipart. For a nano-second the
clipart gallery opens and then takes me back to the
document screen. The same happens if I'm in Publisher or
PowerPoint. The clipart is installed on the computer. Can
anyone please help? Thank you.

if this happen to me i would first uninstall and then
reinstall the clipart, which may help.
butit may be memory or other problem
