clipart taskpane & web collections

I have Office XP Pro installed yet when I attempt to insert clipart from the
taskpane, online items are not listed, just local clipart. I have a cable
internet connection. When I attempt to expand the selection for Web
Collections in the Clip Organizer, I am unable to do so. How do I fix this
such that I can insert clip art from web collections?

Figured it out. Seems this web collections feature won't work behind a
DHCP-assigned router. I changed the network settings on this machine to a
static IP and now the web collections feature works. I'd call this a bug.
