Clipboard Access In Frontpage 2003

Hi

I have just upgraded to Frontpage 2003 and in Frontpage XP
I had a Macro which did the following

1. Switched to a pages HTML view
2. Selected All the HTML
3. Copied the selection to the clipboard
4. Switched back to Page View

I lost the original Macro and 2003 is just confusing me so
much I wondered if any of you could help me recreate it in
2003 as it all seems different.
