Clipboard Copy/Paste quits

Suddenly, I am having a problem with my clipboard features. I can copy and
paste 6-10 items, then I can no longer paste. I cannot do it by right
clicking the mosue and choosing paste, as it is grayed out or by using
ctrl-v. I have tried using the clipbok viewer. When it opens, the white box
has lines flickering on it. The only way I can only regain use of the feature
with a reboot. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Are you pasting from the Internet?

Empty your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete files.

this happens to me frequently in win 2000. can't drag & drop or paste by any
method. only restart fixes it.

can't find solution
