Clipboard Problem "Specified data unavailable"

Dear Colleagues,
I just did a new reinstall of Windows XP (clean format) and I'm now I'm
having problems with the clipboard. I can't copy from IE to Office programs
as Paste:Special:Unformatted Text. I get a "specified data not found"
message. Also, the data drops of the clipboard after first paste in HTML
format.

Any ideas?
