Clipboard Problem

Hi There,

My users are using office 2003 whenever they try to copy and paste they get
a message by the clock saying "Clipboard Item not collected.". They can copy
and paste within that worksheet, but not anywhere else (for example a new
worksheet).

I am running Server 2003, the users are using Remote Desktop. Everything is
fully patched.
