Clipboard Ribbon

Hi Guys,
Is there easy way to add command item to the ribbon placed on Home tab.
Ribbon name is "Clipboard". There is popup button with items:
Paste
Paste Special
Paste as Hyperlink
Duplicate

and I want add one additional
