In any of the major Office applications, hold down either [Ctrl] key
and press the [F1] key to display the task pane either docked on the
right side of the screen or as a floating dialog. Use the drop-down
arrow in it's top line/title line to select Clipboard. Click on the
Clear All button. Press the [Ctrl]+[F1] key combination to dismiss the
task pane.
