Clock in the calendar

When I schedule an appointment, and it is set for free and
an all day event, it will show on others as a 2 day
event. Even when co-workers schedule time off for a
single day, it will show as a 2 day event in my calendar.

How can I slove this:

Check your computer's time zone/time/date settings. In Outlook go to tools,
options, calendar options, and make sure they're correct there as well.

That is the method of display if the others are on a different time zone. I
see the same things as most of my co-workers are three hours offset from my
time zone.
