clock on sent emails

My clock on my sent messages is four hours behind. However my clock on my
computer is correct. How do I change the time on my outlook clock or how do
I sync it so that it reads the correct time on sent emails?

Make sure the time zones and DST settings in both Outlook Calendar and
Windows clock.
