close access runtime

Hi,

in my application I'am sometimes not able to close access environment when leaving the application. I'm forced back to access environment but cannot stop access. It behaves like this in access 2002 as 2003 too.

I use office 2003 Sp2 and office 2002 sp3. Application is using Oracle for db access.
An application.quit command will close the application but doesn't stop access environment.
It happens only having opened certain forms. But I cannot see any reason.

Does anybody have an idea, how to find out and repair this bug?
