Closes instead of minimized

I have a user that is reporting that when he minimizes
Outlook the program closes instead. It is not in the
System Tray or Quick Launch. I can't find any settings
where a user would tell Outlook to exit when minimize
command is given.


Any input?

Both Outlook 2002 and 2003 have the ability to hide application when it's
minimized. However, there will be an Outlook icon in the notification area
of the system tray when it is so minimized.
