A Word 2002/Win XP Pro user has 2 intermittent problems.
Problem 1: when Word is opened the screen is not
maximized. She can maximize it manually.
Problem 2: When she hits the "x" to close a Word doc.,
Word will close. This is also an intermittent problem.
She can not say definitively whether both conditions
occur at the same time. I've searched through the Word
options and the KB, but can't find any clues.
Has anyone else experience this problem who can suggest
what the issue might be?
