I'm looking for a solution to get around the multiple dialog boxes that
appear when you close an e-mail that contained an attachment that is still
open.
When I open an e-mail, I read it and then I'll open the attachment.
Sometimes I leave them both open and move along to other tasks and
e-mails/attachments. It starts to clog my taskbar so I close out of the
e-mails since they're less important and when i do that I get confirmation
boxes asking me to save and then a 2nd box nags me about another program
having an attachment to that e-mail open still and I must save it to keep any
changes made.
Is there any place I can go to turn those off? I've done a quick search in
the KB as well as in the Outlook options but have found nothing.
I use Outlook 2000. Any help would be appreciated.
