i have created a new sales stage called 'Closed Not Continuing' for customers
who dont want to go ahead with an order right now but may in the future. The
problem is that this new stage is still keeping the opportunity open when i
want it to be closed - how do i get BCM to treat this stage like 'Closed Won'
or 'Closed Lost' in order to remove it from the open opportinities list?
I am then hoping to be able to search for all 'closed not continuing' in
order to send marketing information.
