closing outlook generates error message

Every time I close outlook I get the message:
exception information
code 0xc0000005 flags 0x00000000
record 0x0000000000000000 address 0x0000000000ed0293.

I have tried uninstalling outlook and then reinstalling, but I get the same
message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
