Closing Problem - Parts left over

When closing Outlook 2002 sp3 a portion of the outlook "Look In" toolbar
remaims on the screen and will not clear until a refresh is done on the
desktop. If I do not do the refresh then a memory error will occur,
OUTLOOK.EXE outlookFbThreadWnd:Outlook.exe - Application error, The
instruction at "0x35169137" referenced memory at "0x04653bd0" can not be
read.

I have reloaded and repaired this application several times, this happens
EVERY time OUTLOOK is closed. I am using Win XP Pro sp1, 2.8 ghz, 1 gig
ddr2700. I have screen shots of the remenants and the error. I can post
them on a webserver if this will help..
