Closing "Send to Mail Recipient Toolbar"

After a spreadsheet has been sent to a mail recipient and then reopened a
second time, the Mail recipient toolbar with the "To, Copy, Subject and
Introduction" lines remain taking upp valuable monitor real estate.

Is there a means of shutting this toolbar off after the file is reopened?
