Club Membership Database

I have been thrown into the world of MS Access due 2 a school project! Being
a complete beginner and have no idea where to begin with the project! The
project is to design a badminton club membership database (which has no
tournaments and is open every day), however having no end-user has proved to
b a major problem when designing. I know I have to have 5 tables or 6 max in
total. Which I have decided to be 1. Members ,2. Coach ,3. Member experience
level ,and 4. Payment, however I cannot think of a 5th table which could link
payments to the rest of the database as members of this 'club' have to pay a
certain fee monthly depending on their experience level. i.e. the member can
b a beginner ($25 pm), novice ($30 pm) or advanced ($35pm) pm= per month and
they will b provided with an invoice 2 say when payments r due. could
attendence be a possible table?..n how the best way to design it if the club
is open every day of the week?
Any suggestions? or sites that could help? please

Whats the best way to start normalising the database?

I realise this is alot of questions..but any help is better than no help!

thanks
