Can I do cluster analyses, path analyses, and component analyses in Access
for at least 110 variables and over 1,000 datasets?
Well... yes and no. Access is a database, and can easily store your data;
Access includes VBA, a full-featured implementation of the Visual Basic
language, which could be programmed to do these operations (with an enormous
amount of work).
But Access does not include builtin tools for cluster analyses, path
analyses or component analyses. That's not the function of the program; it's
a database, not a different implementation of SAS or another statistics/data
analysis package. If you want to do work for which you need a turret lathe,
don't assume that a good socket wrench set will do it for you!
