Code disappeared

I have a database the worked yesterday and today all the code has
disappeared. Somehow the reference to the Office 12 Access Database
Engine disappeared (along with references to 2 add-ins)) and there is no
code in the VBA editor window. Does anyone have any ideas as to why/how
this happens.

I have never experience anything like what you describe.

Does anyone else have access to your db?
Did the IT dept. perhaps perform a restore of an old version?

The .accdb is on my laptop and no one else has access to it (I am the IT
department ;-)). I had this .accdb opened along with two others the
other day. When I opened it yesterday it was corrupted. The other two
DB's are fine. It appears that the problem is that my library references
got deleted. I had removed the folder as a trusted location from my
registry in order to test my install program. Possibly that caused the
problem. I received the security warning when opening the db but my
understanding is that this just stops the code from running and
shouldn't corrupt the db.
