Code Signing

Hi,

I am trying to sign my VBA project on XP Pro and Office 2003. I have
followed the instructions on
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d.../en-us/odeopg/html/deovrsigningvbaproject.asp
carefully but encounter the problem below:

"Office could not timestamp the digital signature. Check the
timestamping server before retrying. The signature will be discarded"

The PC which is doing the code signing is not connected to a network.

Despite repeated attempts at googling and searching at msdn, it seems
that information are lacking. Any pointers will be hugely appreciated.

At a guess I would say it's trying to access the internet. But that's just a guess.
