Codesigning Certificate via Certserv on SBS2003

Has anyone found a way to use the http://fdqn/certsrv service to issue
codesiging certificates that Infopath accepts for full or at least domain
level trust?

Well, I did not, and I found it helpful in an indirect way. The trick is to
ad a "code signing template" on your certificate server which can then be
chosen from the dropdown list in http://fqdn/certserv.
