Colapse of Toolbars

Hi, I would like to know whether or not is possible to colapse the toolbars.
I have a 14" laptop widescreen, so I used to reduce my toolbars in order to
have the maximum vertical space. But, with this new toolbars, in word, excel,
and power point, seems to be that this is not possible. Is this?

I would like to have the option for autocollapsing, showing only the titles
of the toolbar group. Also, make the toolbar appear whenever I stop the
cursor over any specific toolbar (expand it automatically).

Any comment about this?

Or Ctrl-F1. There is no auto-hide feature. Once the ribbon is hidden, a
single click on any tab will activate it again.
