Collaborate option is greyed out !

How can I get the above problem rectified at

Collaborate -> Collaborate Options -> Collaborate Tab
Collaborate using : Microsoft Project Server

I need to change the Microsoft Project Server options to
select Email only for my workgroup message handler.

Help please

Rachel:

You need to run WGSetup.exe from your installation CD on your machine and on
each of your resources machines in order to use email only workgroup
collaboration.
