Collaboration with Email - Include project title with task for status updates

I need your advice. Please consider that we would have two projects:

Proj ABC
-Phase 1
--Business Requirements
-Phase 2
--System Requirements

Proj DEF
Proj ABC
-Phase 1
--Business Requirements
-Phase 2
--System Requirements

A single resource could be assigned to both Business Requirements
tasks. If we use email collaboration for status updates how do we
configure email collaboration so that the project title is associated
with the task. We need to ensure that the resource updates the right
task with the right information.
