Collapsable Lists

I have created a collapsable list on my web page, there is just one problem.
I want the text, that I click on to open the list, to have the properties of
a rollover hyperlink so that people will know to click on it. How do I go
about doing that, because I can't seem to designate the text as a hyperlink?

You need to use CSS to create what is called a "pseudo class selector"
which you can learn more about from W3Schools [1].
