collapsible outline

I have a collapsible list in one on my pages. Is there
any way so that when someone places the mouse over one of
the items of the list, that item will explode
automatically to show wht it is inside of it and
viceversa. When they move the mouse away from the item
in the list, it will collapse automatically.
