Collaspible Menus

I need to create what I think is a collaspible menu. I want to be able to
click on a word and have subitems pop up underneath.
Example:
Manager
Joe Blow
Sally
Mark
Tom
When you click on Manager- Joe Blow pops down- when you click on Joe Blow-
the other people pop down.

Can anyone help me???
