Collation Order Problem

Hi

I have an ADP connected to SQL Server 2000 that works fine in Access 2000.
In Access 2002 however, I get collation order conflicts.
My SQL collation order was a compatability setting for SQL 7.0
(Latin1_General_CP1_C1_AS) so I installed a test version of SQL Server with
Latin1_General_C1_AS.
Rebuilt the database by creating scripts and remnoving all COLLATION ORDER
statements.
Still get problem.

I have noticed that if I create a new ADP with new data, Access 2002 creates
a SQL Database that shows NO collation order at all (ass seen in Enterprise
Manager, database properties). Whereas every other database I have ever
created always shows a collation order, even if it is the same as the SQL
Server installation order).

So ADP seems to create something diffeently. My "problem" database wasn't
created by Access 2002, but by Access 2000.

Can anybody shed any light on this. I've got several apps like this that
have been working fine in Access 200 for a couple of years but which are not
workign in 2002. Spent far too long trying to sort it out.

Any help much appreciated.

David
