collect data from email in 2007

TIA:
Is there a way to collect relational data in the create email feature of
2007? For example family name and many childern. It seems that Access can
only collect data in a single table?

Thanks for any insight.

Correct it only updates one table so nothing fancy...

Think temp tables and go from there with your own updates..
