Color categor prob, can't assign "Could not open the item. Try aga

I tried renaming the color categories in Outlook to be more meaningful. I
created a yellow category (for instance) called "Quotes. Now when I try to
assign any category to any email, I get the message "Could not open the
item. Try again".
Any ideas? Thanks much. -Katy
