Color Code External Emails

S

SP

Hi all, I have been searching the groups and can't find this specifically.
I have a user who had their inbox set up so that, if they received an
external email it went to an External Folder. Due to change in technology
(PDA), we have had to remove the subfolder. Now all their emails are in
their inbox. Is there a rule or VBA code that I can use, so that if the
email is external, it turns it a different color? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Why would adding a PDA change how your folders are organized?

The individual has a Trea600 and we are using Pop3 (maybe we don't know
enough), but it wouldn't let then view their subfolders.

What OS is the Treo using? Have you tried posting to the OS makers
help/support?

We are using Windows XP Professional with Outlook 2003. No hadn't thought
about that - would it be the OS group for the PC or the PDA?
