Color Coding

I cannot find Organize on the Tools menu to color code my contacts. Can you
tell me why?

What version of Outlook? It shows up on my Outlook 2003 version.

After a lot of head-scratching, reeniross asked:

I have Outlook 2003. I can organize everything except my inbox in MSN where
it's grayed out. I can organize inbox personal folders but my mail doesn't
go to that inbox. Perhaps my setting are not defined correctly. I'm a new
user of Outlook.
