Color Email "send to me" and "send to me ONLY" in different color

Hi,

Is there any way to color those Emails "send to me" (I am just one of the To
list receivers, except to me ONLY) and "send to me ONLY" (I am the only one
in the To list, rest can be show on the copy list) in different color?

Where I am;
-the only person on the To line
