Color in continous form

Hello,
I would like to have the background colour change when
-3 flag fields (Yes/No) change
-the value of a combo boxe changes
in a continuos form.

Please could you send me an example that contains the code for
changing the colours of continuos forms using conditional formatting.

I would really appreciate it if you could help.
