color in cursor field?

hope this is the right word.
excel 2004

the color around the box field ex a1 where the cursor is is light blue.
not easy to see where you are on the spreedshet with this color.

so is there a way to change this to another color.

please help

XL takes the cell highlight color from the System highlight color.

Choose Syetem Preferences/Appearance and change the Highlight Color to
something more distinctive.
