Color is not printing, replace color cartlege

I am not able to get color, I thought I ran out of color so I replaced my
HP cartledge and still only black and grey, what is going on? This just
started I was always to get color.

Wrong group.
Check your printer settings. Read your printer manual. Go to the HP web
site.

Buy a canon next time (OT but the ink is cheaper)
