Color problems

I am running Office 2003 with Access 2003, on a Win XP
system. When I boot this computer up, there is a color
component missing. My desktop shows full color. The
color is there on some web pages and partial color on
others. For instance, I can see the color lines that I
created on Access forms, but the Button labels are black.
After 3 to 10 minutes, a Windows color logo pops up on the
screen, something loads, and I finally have full color. I
don't know what's loading, there is no message or
notification visible during this process. I can't figure
out why. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If
so, how did you resolve it?

if it's affecting web pages too (i assume you meant pages on websites, not
Pages in a database), then my guess is it's something to do with your OS.
suggest you try posting to a Windows XP newsgroup.
