Colored Photos in Access report printing B/W

Dan Joosten

I have recently had a problem with an Access report which uses the Image
Control to print a colored photos. The report originally worked fine. When
a .jpg image was added to the control it printed in color as expected.
However, recently it started to print colored images in B/W even though the
image is displayed in Preview in color. Inserting the photo into other apps
such as Word also prints correctly. This is for a customer and I haven't
obtained the brand/model of the printer yet. However, I know it is an
inkjet type printer.

Anyone have any ideas of what to check?

Have the user check the Printer driver settings for output of Color vs BW.
