Coloring Bullets & page format

QUESTION 1: My page background color is blue and the bullets are black. How
do I change the color of the bullets to red?
QUESTION 2: In the cell that contains the bulleted text, I separated each
text section with a carriage return. Selected all the text sections that I
wanted bulleted and applied the Plain round Bullets. The result on the
Design page was nice single spaced bulleted remarks. BUT in the Preview
page the bullets are separated by double spaces. How do I keep the single
spacing?
