colorize row if...

In the range A3:0 i have many rows filled whit a data, my prob is to
colorize font in entire row if in the column O is present the value
AAAA

Try this:

Highlight your row A3:03. go to Fomat/conditional
formatting. select "formula is" in first box, in second
type =$O3="AAAA", select your format colors for font or
patterns. click ok.

now click the format paintbrush, an highlight the rest of
your rows which you want formated the same way (for
example, A4:04 to A10:O10.

Now whenever AAAA is in any row O3 to O10, the entire
row will be colored. If I've misinterpreted what you
want, play around with this. It should work.

You can select the entire range first and do exactlly as you have said. The
formatting will be applied relatively to each column.
