Hello Sarah,
I think the problem may be related to the video driver of your system. Kindly try the following:
1. Launch visio - select TOOLS - OPTIONS - VIEW ; uncheck SMOOTH DRAWING & HIGHER QUALITY SHAPE
DISPLAY - click on the OK button - close and start visio again and verify the status.
2. Get into CONTROL PANEL - DISPLAY - SETTINGS - ADVANCED - TROUBLESHOOT and set the HARDWARE
ACCELERATION TO none. Click on the OK button twice - restart your computer and verify the status.
3. Start the computer in SAFE mode by pressing F8 key during the system startup. Launch Visio and verify the status of
the colors display.

Hi,
I have installed a trial version of Visio 2003. I still have Visio 2000 on my machine. Now for all my Visio diagrams
(including new ones created) the colors aren't as sharp as they should be. The colors of the IDE of Visio itself are
also a little faded looking.
Can anyone help? PLEASE!!!
