Colour of Text

Can anyone tell me why the colour of my text has changed when either
composing a new email or replying to an existing one. I have looked within
Tools - Options - Mail Format - Fonts. All of the options here are set to
Black Text, yet sometimes (it doesn't seem to do it everytime) the text is
yellow!!!

It's driving me mad!
