I have a formula which returns an answer of either 'O.K.' or 'TOO HIGH'

Is there a way that I can tell Excel to make the words 'TOO HIGH' show in red?

Use Conditional Formatting.
Select the cell or cells you want to apply this formatting to.

Format-Conditional Formatting.
Cell Value Is - equal to - ="TOO HIGH"
Click the Format button and adjust as needed.

Thanks Paul, that's sorted that out for me.
