Column Conceptual Name

When I try to validate a model, I get this message:
INTEGRATED DATA WAREHOUSE.VSD : error L2008: 'LoadData.LoadID' : Column has
same conceptual name as column 'LoadData.LoadCreateDate', but has a different
data type.

How can I get rid of this message? Where can I find the conceptual name of
a column?
